Delivery (shipping questions)
Every single order means the world to us, thank you for choosing Munchkin & Bear.
If you have a particular favorite and need it urgently please order soon to avoid any disappointment. In stock, ready to ship play mats can be found here.
Orders are picked out every weekday (and occasionally at the weekend to keep up!).
For mainland England, Scotland & Wales deliveries please expect your play mat within 1-3 days, with Toys please allow 2 -4 days from your dispatch alert
We can NOW ship to Northern Ireland!! Please add items to your basket to check the shipping rates, and allow up to 4 days for delivery.
Play Mats are dispatched with DPD, who will provide a one hour delivery slot on delivery day.
Toys are dispatched with Royal Mail on a trackable service - please check your tracking link for updates.
If you can't see your email please check your junk / spam folder in case it has been trapped.
On the day of delivery keep an eye out for an alert (via email and or text message - this may come from Fulfilment Crowd) with an estimated time and the option to switch days or leave in a safe place.

FURTHER SHIPPING / DELIVERY INFORMATION:
When can I expect my order?
We aim to dispatch your orders each week day within 24 hours (if in stock).
e.g. if ordered in the morning we target ourselves to get your play mat or toys on to the couriers van that afternoon (Monday to Friday). However please bear with us if we take an extra day especially in busy times.
Don't forget our gift vouchers are sent by email so there will be no waiting on the courier!
England, Scotland & Wales:
If you live within mainland UK (not including Scottish highlands, islands) then, on our standard delivery, you can expect your play mat 1-3 days from your order date (not including weekends).
When you get your DPD alert, you can ask them to re-deliver on a different nominated day within the next week (Mon-Fri).
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Isles generally arrive within 3-5 days.

Ireland / Europe:
After the significant changes in 2020/21 we took the tough decision to stop shipping to destinations outside of Great Britain (we've now opened NI).
We never want to disappoint those of you who are keen to get your hands on a Munchkin & Bear play mat. However the service and customs clearance isn't reliable and the experience is far from one we want for our customers.
What are the shipping costs?
We currently offer FREE shipping within England, Scotland & Wales for all orders over £20.
Shipping to the EU or beyond
Customs Charges – if you’ve organised a delivery onward outside of the UK please be aware they will be subject to additional charges upon delivery (such as customs duties, local taxes).
Please note that the recipient of the play mat is responsible for paying any customs charges on arrival.
The courier / customs agents will not release the delivery until this is settled.
We are not able to advise on export options or costs as they vary by country you will need to investigate this before placing your order.
There are a growing number of firms who will provide a local UK address for your order and they will support all the onward shipping & customs clearance. Any use of these firms is entirely at your own risk.

Large play mats: 5.6kg. 142cm x 20cm x 20cm
Round play mats: 3.6kg. 142cm x 20cm x 20cm
Medium play mats: 2.6kg. 104cm x 18cm x 18cm
What happens if I want to exchange or return my play mat or toy?
We want everyone to be 100% happy with their Munchkin & Bear products so if you would like to swap your play mat for a different size or design or toy you are welcome to do so - just follow this link to get all the information you need.
