We have been so heartened by the enquiries, orders and support for our small business at a time which is so unknown for families and business alike. Thank you.
We are at this time still able to send out your orders. We will continue to do so while we feel assured that our warehouse team are able to work safely and individually to pick your play mats out and get them ready to send to your homes. Also while our couriers, DPD, have made some changes (like not getting a signature upon delivery) to safeguard their teams, they are also operating a really good service across the UK.
So for now we remain open!

When can I expect my order?
Once you've made the decision to get a gorgeous play mat, we want to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch your play mat within 24 hours, if ordered in the morning we target ourselves to get them on the couriers van that afternoon (Monday to Friday).
If you live within mainland UK (not including Scottish highlands, islands) then, on our standard delivery, you can expect your playmat within 2 days (not including weekends). We also offer a Saturday delivery option if you need to select a fixed day.
European orders are generally 5-7 days (working days), sometimes quicker! If there are delays at customs we will no longer be in control of timelines (and unfortunately nor are the couriers).
All our dispatches are trackable - you will receive an email from us with a clickable link to your personal tracking page (the majority of our deliveries are via DPD) so you can keep an eye on its journey. On the day of delivery keep an eye out for an alert with an estimated time and the option to switch days or leave in a safe place.

What are the shipping costs?
We've worked hard to find competitive courier rates which also allow us to provide a reliable service.
Shipping costs across mainland UK are £6.95, European deliveries start at £11.15.
Please note if there are any customs charges to pay the receipient of the play mat is responsible for paying this. Customs will not release the delivery until this is settle. We are not able to advise on exact charges with relation to customs you will need to investigate this before placing your order.
What happens if I want to exchange or return my play mat?
We want everyone to be 100% happy with their Munchkin & Bear play mat so if you would like to swap your play mat for a different size or design you are welcome to do so.
Any exchange or return will need to meet the following:
- All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original, protective packaging)
- You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs
- The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.
